Building and Improving Two Elixir SaaS Products

Context
I worked across two contract engagements: a podcast-hosting and distribution platform from February to May 2021, and a commercial-real-estate platform from October 2023 to May 2026.
What I owned
This was ongoing product work across two engagements. I improved shared LiveView code, reporting, billing, product flows, integrations, tests, and handled regular Elixir, Phoenix, LiveView, and OTP upgrades.
Selected delivery
I shipped dashboards, charts, PDF reporting, referral and prospect-conversion workflows, client portals, contact management, commission tracking, Stripe billing, and Playwright coverage for critical user flows.
Lesson
SaaS products improve through steady work: better code, useful features, stronger tests, and regular upgrades.
